200 g almond flour
1 tsp sea salt
2 tsp dried thyme
100 g grated old cheese like pecorino
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Mix all ingredients and form a ball of the dough.
- Place dough ball between two large sheets of baking paper and roll out until very thin (2 to 3 mm).
- Take the top piece of baking paper off and put on a baking tray.
- Cook until golden brown (around 10 minutes).
-> eat it with vegetables and lots of tomato sauce.
