Avocado brownie

360 g almond flour
50 g cacao powder
2 tbsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
60 ml coconut oil
1 ripe avocado
360 ml water
1 tsp vanilla
340 g date syrup


  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Grease a cake pan.
  3. In a large bowl, mix all dry cake ingredients.
  4. In another bowl mix all wet cake ingredients.
  5. Pour wet mixture into dry mixture and mix until cake batter is smooth.
  6. Pour the batter in the cake pan.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes.


Serve with fruit or frozen raspberries.
