Banana choc overnight oats

Serves 1:

30 g oats
150 ml milk
1 tbsp coconut flakes
1/2 banana
1 tbsp cacao nibs


  1. To a small bowl add oats and milk and stir with a spoon to combine.
  2. If you like it sweet, you can add some maple syrup.
  3. Cover with a lid or plastic wrap and set in the refrigerator overnight.
  4. The next day, cut the banana in slices, and garnish with coconut flakes and cacao nibs.

Overnight oats will keep in the refrigerator for up to 2 days, though best within the first 12-24 hours.
