30 g oats
150 ml milk
1 tbsp coconut flakes
1 tbsp cacao nibs
- To a small bowl add oats and milk and stir with a spoon to combine.
- If you like it sweet, you can add some maple syrup.
- Cover with a lid or plastic wrap and set in the refrigerator overnight.
- The next day, cut the banana in slices, and garnish with coconut flakes and cacao nibs.
Overnight oats will keep in the refrigerator for up to 2 days, though best within the first 12-24 hours.
