3 tbsp chiaseed
125 ml water
1 tbsp honey
a pinch of vanilla powder
3 tbsp greek yoghurt
a handful of frozen berries
The night before:
Soak chia seeds in water and add honey and vanilla powder. Leave it in the fridge for the night.
The next morning you will see the chia became a kind of pudding.
Put the chia pudding in a blender together with greek yoghurt and frozen berries.
Blend until you have this beautiful smoothie.
