Blueberry and mango with feta cheese

For 1 person:

a handful of blueberries
1/2 mango
2 tbsp buckwheat groats
a handful of macadamia nuts
60 g feta cheese
1 tbsp runny honey

Heat a large frying pan on the stove top. Turn on high heat and toast buckwheat and nuts. Stir frequently with a spatula until the nuts turn golden brown.
Peel the mango and cut into slices.
Add mango, blueberries, toasted nuts and buckwheat to a plate.
Crumble the feta over the fruit and nuts and drizzle a big spoon of honey on top.
