Blueberry pancake smoothie

This smoothie is a perfect way to get your day off to the right start!

The beautiful color of the blueberries and the creaminess of the smoothie makes it a delicious guiltfree breakfast!

I prefer to eat my smoothie with a spoon. Therefore I make it very thick and creamy.
Just drinking a meal doesn’t leave me as satisfied as using a spoon, watching what I’m eating, and chewing. That’s also why I always put toppings on my smoothie.
Eating my smoothie with a spoon slows me down so I can savor the meal a bit longer.

1 cup almond milk
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 banana
3 tablespoons cashews
1 teaspoon cinnamon

  1. Put all ingredients in the blender and mix until smooth.
  2. Add all kind of superfoods (I used cacao nibs) to have a smoothie bowl.

240 ml amandelmelk
80 g bevroren bosbessen
1 banaan
3 el cashews
1 tl kaneel

  1. Meng alle ingrediënten in de blender.
  2. Je kan het zo drinken als stevige (!) smoothie ofwel maak je er een smoothie bowl van met allerlei superfoods. (ik gebruikte hier enkel cacao nibs)
