This smoothie is a perfect way to get your day off to the right start!
The beautiful color of the blueberries and the creaminess of the smoothie makes it a delicious guiltfree breakfast!
I prefer to eat my smoothie with a spoon. Therefore I make it very thick and creamy.
Just drinking a meal doesn’t leave me as satisfied as using a spoon, watching what I’m eating, and chewing. That’s also why I always put toppings on my smoothie.
Eating my smoothie with a spoon slows me down so I can savor the meal a bit longer.
1 cup almond milk
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
3 tablespoons cashews
1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Put all ingredients in the blender and mix until smooth.
- Add all kind of superfoods (I used cacao nibs) to have a smoothie bowl.
240 ml amandelmelk
80 g bevroren bosbessen
3 el cashews
1 tl kaneel
- Meng alle ingrediënten in de blender.
- Je kan het zo drinken als stevige (!) smoothie ofwel maak je er een smoothie bowl van met allerlei superfoods. (ik gebruikte hier enkel cacao nibs)
