Ingredients for 10 to 12 crackers
Preheat oven to 160°C.
Put water, olive oil and flaxseed together and let it sit for 5 minutes.
In the meantime blend the oats in the blender until it is flour.
Put with the rest of the ingredients in a big bowl.
Add the water with flaxseed, stir and let it rest for another 5 minutes.
Line a baking sheet with greaseproof paper and pour the mixture on the sheet.
Spread evenly and as thin as possible.
Bake for 5 minutes.
Take them out of the oven and cut them into pieces (depends on how big you want your crackers).
Bake another 35 to 40 minutes until they are golden and crispy.
Let it cool off and store them in a dry place.
