a handful of baby spinach
2 celery stalks
5 mint leaves
1/2 green apple
juice of 1 grapefruit or orange
juice of 1 lemon
1/4 fresh pineapple – peeled, cored and cubed
1 tbsp grated peeled fresh ginger
Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth, only adding water a little at a time as needed.
