100 g oats
80 g buckwheat
40 g pumpkinseeds
1 tbsp matcha powder (= green tea)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp date syrup / honey
2 tbsp coconut oil – melted
- Preheat oven to 180º C.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Spread mixture out onto a baking sheets
- Bake until golden, about 20 minutes, stirring halfway.
- Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes.
