Green tea granola

100 g oats
80 g buckwheat
40 g pumpkinseeds
1 tbsp matcha powder (= green tea)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp date syrup / honey
2 tbsp coconut oil – melted

  1. Preheat oven to 180º C.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
  3. Spread mixture out onto a baking sheets
  4. Bake until golden, about 20 minutes, stirring halfway.
  5. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes.
