all spice granola *
1 tbsp fresh grated ginger
2 – 3 tbsp honey
- Cut the pear lenghtwise and take out the pits.
- Heat a griddle pan and grill the pears.
- Mix yoghurt with ginger, vanilla and honey.
- Top the grilled pears with the yoghurt and finish with the granola.
* all spice granola: Mix oats, pumpkin seeds, buckwheat, sunflower seeds and chia seeds with all spice spices (ginger, kardemom, nutmeg, …)
Bake in the oven until golden.
