Grilled pear with ginger yoghurt and all spice granola

1 pear
all spice granola *
yoghurt
vanilla
1 tbsp fresh grated ginger
2 – 3 tbsp honey

  1. Cut the pear lenghtwise and take out the pits.
  2. Heat a griddle pan and grill the pears.
  3. Mix yoghurt with ginger, vanilla and honey.
  4. Top the grilled pears with the yoghurt and finish with the granola.

* all spice granola: Mix oats, pumpkin seeds, buckwheat, sunflower seeds and chia seeds with all spice spices (ginger, kardemom, nutmeg, …)
Bake in the oven until golden.
