2 avocados
pepper & salt to taste
juice of 1 lime
1 tsp cumin
fresh cilantro leaves
10 cl sour cream
1/2 chilli pepper

  1. Destone the avocados and scoop the flesh onto a board.
  2. Start chopping it until fine.
  3. Put in a bowl and add the juice from 1 lime and the sour cream
  4. Season to taste with salt, pepper and cumin.
  5. Deseed and finely chop the chilli.
  6. Chop the cilantro leaves.
  7. Finish with the chilli and cilantro.
