30 g oats
150 ml (almond) milk
1 tsp chai spices
1 tbsp walnuts
1 tsp cinnamon
- Poach the pear: combine water and chai spices in a large pot and heat over medium heat and bring to a boil. Add the pear slices and reduce heat to medium low. Cook for 15 minutes until the pears are soft when pricked with a fork. Remove pears with a spoon and set aside.
- Add oats and (almond) milk to a bowl, stir to combine and let it rest overnight in the fridge.
- In the morning: add poached pears to the oats, garnish with walnuts and cacao nibs and sprinkle with cinnamon.
