Pear oats

 45 g oats
200 ml soymilk
1 pear

3 tbsp maple syrup
6 cardamom seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
nuts (hazelnuts, walnuts,…)

  1. Put the oats with the soymilk, cinnamon and cardamom in a pan and heat very slowly until you have a smooth porridge.
  2. Toast the nuts in a pan (without oil) until they are golden and take them out of the pan.
  3. Cut the pear into pieces and bake them in the pan you used for toasting the nuts.
  4. Serve the porridge with the warm pears and nuts and finish with the maple syrup.
    (If you want you can also bake the nuts first to give it a more toasty flavour)
