45 g oats
200 ml soymilk
3 tbsp maple syrup
6 cardamom seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
nuts (hazelnuts, walnuts,…)
- Put the oats with the soymilk, cinnamon and cardamom in a pan and heat very slowly until you have a smooth porridge.
- Toast the nuts in a pan (without oil) until they are golden and take them out of the pan.
- Cut the pear into pieces and bake them in the pan you used for toasting the nuts.
- Serve the porridge with the warm pears and nuts and finish with the maple syrup.
(If you want you can also bake the nuts first to give it a more toasty flavour)
