Pumpkin oatmeal bowl

140 ml water
100 ml milk or almond milk
100 g pumpkin puree (fresh or canned)
12 g honey
60 g oats
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp salt
To garnish:
fresh figs
fresh pomegranate seeds
chia
honey

  1. In a saucepan, combine water, milk, pumpkin puree and honey over medium heat. Add oats and spices and stir well until everything is combined.
  2. Simmer the oatmeal over low heat, stirring often until the oatmeal is thickened.
  3. Spoon into bowls and garnish with fresh figs, pomegranate seeds, chia and a drizzle of honey.
