Red thai curry hummus

115 g canned chickpeas
3 tsp red thai curry paste (depends on how spicy you like it)
100 ml coconut milk
2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
paprika powder

  1. Rinse the chickpeas in cold water and put into the food processor.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and turn on the food processor.
  3. When the mixture is fully combined and smooth, tip it into a serving dish.
  4. Sprinkle with paprika.
