115 g canned chickpeas
3 tsp red thai curry paste (depends on how spicy you like it)
100 ml coconut milk
2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
- Rinse the chickpeas in cold water and put into the food processor.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and turn on the food processor.
- When the mixture is fully combined and smooth, tip it into a serving dish.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
