200 g feta
100 g ricotta
3 tbsp olive oil
minced fresh parsley
zest + juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tsp garlic powder
Place feta in a food processor and pulse until blended.
With the motor running, add olive oil and remaining ingredients, pulse to combine.
Season with black pepper , top with fresh parsley and lemon.
Serve with naan, toast or fresh bread.
