Yellow beet tarts

puff pastry
2 yellow beets, cooked in the oven
sour cream
fesh rosemary
pepper & salt


  1. Preheat oven to 220°C.
  2. Cut out circles in the puff pastry and press it in the tins.
  3. Cut the cooked beets in thin slices.
  4. Place on the puff pastry and season with pepper & salt.
  5. Put some fresh rosemary on the beets.
  6. Pour a tbsp of sour cream on top.
  7. Place in the oven for about 10 tot 15 minutes or until golden.
