2 yellow beets, cooked in the oven
pepper & salt
- Preheat oven to 220°C.
- Cut out circles in the puff pastry and press it in the tins.
- Cut the cooked beets in thin slices.
- Place on the puff pastry and season with pepper & salt.
- Put some fresh rosemary on the beets.
- Pour a tbsp of sour cream on top.
- Place in the oven for about 10 tot 15 minutes or until golden.
